Suniel Shetty gambles with life for Cash
Suniel Shetty risked his life to shoot scenes for Anubhav Sinha's film Cash. Says Suniel, "Yes I put my life in danger but I did it in one shot. I was in a Jet Ski and was pulling a guy from the helicopter. It was a good shot and I requested the director that I will do it myself. I really enjoyed it a lot."
The actor practiced a lot for the daring sequence. A source from the camera team said, "We had three cameras setup on the ground and one on the helicopter. Suniel was not willing to use a dummy for the scene. It took a lot of time to complete the stunt. But Suniel Shetty showed great determination and everyone was very happy when it finished. The entire crew was ecstatic."
Another dangerous action scene filmed for Cash has Zayed Khan and Riteish Deshmukh in a car being chased by another one. Their car crashes with a blast. The scene was very difficult but was done properly with the use of actors and duplicates."
Cash was shot in Cape Town for a total of 50 days. After that a couple of scenes were filmed in Mumbai. Two camera units were taken to shoot the film.
This multi starrier directed by Anubhav Sinha stars Ajay Devgan, who hires a set of top notch robbers to steal a set of priceless diamonds in South Africa. The group also faces a threat from underworld don Suniel Shetty, who is after the same diamonds as Head of Security Shamita Shetty.
