Rituparna misses out on Devgan's directorial debut
Rituparna Sengupta, the reigning queen of Tollywood, is disappointed for missing out on Ajay Devgan's directorial debut movie.
Sengupta, who was slated for a part in Devgan's movie, had to back out as she could not commit dates. "I definitely wanted to work with him and I would also have loved to do the role which was offered, but I have made some commitments earlier and hence will not have time for this movie. I will work with him in future for sure," she said.
Few movies of Sengupta's are already in the production process like Gauri, Love Game and Sirf. She plays the lead in the suspense-romance Gauri which is directed by R. Mohan of Chandni Bar fame.
Sengupta went back to Bengali films after making her debut in Bollywood with Teesra Kaun? opposite Mithun Chakraborthy in 1994. She made her comeback recently opposite Rajpal Yadav in Mein Meri Patni aur Woh.
