Kajol: In a Malayalam Film?
Malayalam filmmaker Babu Janardhan who has started the shooting of his film Heartbeats with Indrajith and Manikilla, based on a medical college campus is keen on signing Kajol for his film. So will Kajol go South and do his film?
Since the actress was not available for her take on this new venture, we spoke to manager-turned-producer- and- still- manager- to- Ajay and Kajol, Kumar Mangat. Mangat denied "We have no clue about this film. Noone has approached us. She will be busy this year with our home production which Ajay will direct and music is by Vishal Bharadwaj. The shooting will begin in May, the name of the film and the rest will be finalized soon."
Chalo, Kajol will not work in this film, but in 1997 she had worked in director Rajiv Menon's Sapnay with Prabhudeva and Arvind Swamy, a Tamil film dubbed into Hindi. And we all know that every filmmaker wants to work with this fine actress. But Babu Janardhan's dream to cast her in his film will be just that-a dream.
