Don't want to be kissed by Emraan Hashmi!
Many leading actresses were approached for the role opposite Emraan Hashmi for film The Train but all of them declined it because they had to do smooching scenes with him. The directors then decided to take a newcomer - ex-Miss India for Sayali Bhagat this role.
Directed by the new duo of Raksha Mistry and Hasnain Hyderabadwala, The Train is a love triangle with Emraan having smooch scenes with both his female co-stars!
"These are famous actresses, who publicly say that if the script demands then they will not hesitate even to expose. But when I approached them for The Train they clearly said no just because there were some smooches with Emraan. Then, I opted for Sayali, a newcomer but someone who is a known face," Hasnain Hyderabadwala.
Sayali chose to get into acting after winning the Miss India World pageant in 2004. The Train is her debut film opposite Emraan Hashmi with lot of kissing and bed scene.
"Yes, there are a couple of such scenes as Sayali plays Emraan's wife. We have some kissing scenes and one bed scene of her with Emraan. But this was not forced into the film to get the eyeballs but was as per the demand of the script," explains the director.
Ironically, the 'serial kisser' Emraan was very shy to smooch Sayali as he had to give this shot in front of 150 crew members.
The film is a love triangle also staring Geeta Basra. This is first time that Emraan is playing a father's characters on the big screen.
