Hasna Mana Hain on the sets of Dhamaal
Stars of Indra Kumar's comedy film Dhamaal - Murli Sharma along with Arshad Warsi, Javed Jaffery and Riteish Deshmukh were busy irritating director Indra Kumar when the shoot was going on in Madh Island, Mumbai.
Murli, who is playing an encounter specialist Kulkarni in the film, says, "There was a scene where I was supposed to arrest these actors. All of us had to say two lines one after the other but we couldn't stop laughing as the lines were very funny. No one was serious about the shot till Indraji actually had to request all of us to stop laughing so that he could complete the shooting."
Dhamaal was originally planned for November 2005 after Pyare Mohan. The film is about a journey of five guys.
Murli has not done many comedy roles except Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena and now in Dhamaal. He had done a short role of a eunuch in Masti but is known more for serious roles - Khan from Main Hoon Na and Inspector Wani from Black Friday.
Murli has good chemistry with the Indra Kumar camp. He is very happy with the pleasant atmosphere on the sets. "Even Indra Kumar used to join us on the sets. When it is work time, he is very serious about completing the scenes."
This was first time Murli was working with Javed but he has worked with Riteish Deshmukh in Masti. 'I don't have to be like a stranger on the sets as I know Arshad very well and though Javed and I are working for the first time, it was full of Dhamaal on the sets."
Murli is also working in a few other comedy films. He plays the main villain in Priydarshan's next film Dhol.
